Set at roughly 8,300 feet on 35 acres near Gardner, this 929-square-foot mountain cabin overlooks the Huerfano River Valley toward Greenhorn and Silver Mountains, with Big and Little Sheep Mountains nearby. Inside, large windows, a wood-burning stove and covered deck make the most of the views. Recent improvements include metal siding, owned solar, Starlink and a buried cistern, plus septic, propane heat and outbuilding space. The acreage offers oak brush, trees, meadow, varied terrain and a seasonal creek, with abundant wildlife and excellent dark skies. An adjoining 35-acre parcel is also available separately, allowing a buyer to own the cabin on 35 acres or the full 70-acre property.
